By booking services with Ask a Doula Newborn Services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement: A formal agreement outlining the scope of services, fees, and policies must be signed before services begin.
2. Payments: Payments must be made in advance or according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the service contract.
3. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid charges for scheduled services.
4. Non-Medical Support: Our doulas provide emotional, physical, and educational support but do not perform medical tasks or give medical advice.
5. Confidentiality: All personal and service-related information will be kept strictly confidential.
6. Safety & Respect: We maintain a respectful and professional relationship with all clients and expect the same in return.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the discontinuation of services.
